Yield: ~ 8 Cups

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese; shredded
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella; shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 5 1/2 Cups Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 lb Canned Pimentos, drained
  • 1 T Vegan Worcestershire
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper as desired

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Hand mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
