Yield: ~ 8 Cups
Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese; shredded
- 1 Cup Mozzarella; shredded
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 5 1/2 Cups Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 lb Canned Pimentos, drained
- 1 T Vegan Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Pepper as desired
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a bowl. Hand mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
