Blueberries are considered “super foods” filled with antioxidants, low in calorie and are one of the healthiest fruits around! Enjoy them on oatmeal, in salads, salsas and in smoothies. Add blueberries to flatbreads, cheeses, pancakes, ice cream, baked goods, in sauces, jams and juices… even marinades.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 quarts plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Agave
- 6 cups fresh Blueberries (defrost if using frozen)
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed is our jam)
- 1 T Salt
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
